Peter G. Feist

Peter G. Feist has over 30 years of semiconductor and EDA industry experience in the U.S. and Europe, and an exemplary track record in executive and strategic management. He served as president and CEO at OneSpin Solutions GmbH and was chief executive officer at SIGMA-C until its acquisition by Synopsys. Prior to that, he was president and CEO of PACT XPP Technologies AG, president and CEO of Chameleon Systems Inc. and vice president of worldwide marketing for QuickLogic Corp.

Peter also served four years as senior vice president of marketing at GateField Corp. until its acquisition by Actel Corp. Prior to that, he was responsible for business development in six European countries for Odeum Microsystems, a subsidiary of Hyundai’s Digital Media Division. Earlier in his career, he held a number of positions with LSI Logic Corp., including senior applications engineer, general manager for Central Europe, director of marketing, services and EDA tools for Europe and director of strategic marketing at LSI’s U.S. corporate headquarters. Peter started his career at MBB in Ottobrunn (Munich) as systems engineer and manager of the microelectronics design center.

Peter received his Dipl. Ing. in Electrical Engineering (M.S.E.E) from the University of Dortmund, Germany.
